“Learner”, “you”, and “your” refer to the individual accessing the Website or enrolling in a Course. Course Fees

• Course fees include training sessions, examination fees, and standard training materials.
• When paying a booking fee online or by telephone, the remaining balance must be paid on the first day of the Course.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to the Course if full payment is not received.

Training Guarantee

• Training is guaranteed on the date selected at the time of booking.
• If a Course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company will reschedule the course to an alternative date or in some cases, venue within the city of Bradford
• Our liability is limited to providing an alternative training option; we do not compensate for travel costs or time lost.

Attendance Requirements

• SIA-linked qualifications are strictly regulated. Learners must attend 100% of the scheduled training hours.
• Late arrivals will not be admitted, and missed hours cannot be recovered within the same Course.
• Failure to attend the full timetable will result in automatic disqualification without refund.

Course Rescheduling

• Both the Company and the Learner reserve the right to reschedule the Course at no additional cost, provided that rescheduling is mutually agreed upon in writing via email. Any rescheduled date is subject to availability and will only be confirmed once the Company has issued written confirmation.

Results and Certificates

• Results and/or certificates are typically received within 10–16 days after the examination date, and digital copies of the certificates will be sent by email once they are issued

Refund Policy

• Learners are eligible for a full refund only if cancellation is made at least 28 days before the Course start date.
• No refunds are provided:
  • If fewer than 28 days remain before the Course start date,
  • For non-attendance, or
  • After the Course has started.
• If the Company cancels a Course due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
• The Company is not liable for loss of income, travel expenses, or any other consequential loss arising from cancellation.

Behaviour and Conduct

• Learners must behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
• Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, or unsafe may result in removal from the premises.
• In such cases, the Learner may be suspended pending investigation and will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

Job Support and a Guaranteed interview

• As part of our service, we always assist learners with references, CV profiling, introductions to the security industry, and a guaranteed interview with VIRPIO SECURITY. Successful candidates may be offered a job immediately.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the website and/or enrolling in any course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or participation in Courses constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
