Training Courses Refunds, Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy
This policy explains our refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and course protection arrangements. By booking a course with Virpio Security, you agree to the terms set out below.
Discounted Courses
Discounted courses are not eligible for refunds or cancellations unless:
- Virpio Security cancels the course; or
- You provide valid medical evidence that prevents you from attending.
All discounted course bookings remain subject to the standard rescheduling policy.
Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you must notify us in advance.
- You may reschedule to another available date at the same location within six months of your original course date.
- Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled course start time.
- A maximum of two reschedules is permitted per booking.
- If you do not attend or reschedule within six months, a new booking and full payment will be required.
- Failure to attend without prior notification will require a new booking and full payment.
Rescheduling Fees
- One complimentary reschedule is available if requested at least 72 hours before the course start time.
- A £170 rescheduling fee applies to requests made within 72 hours of the course start time.
Identification, Late Arrivals and Course Requirements
- Valid photographic identification must be presented throughout the course where required.
- Failure to provide the required identification will result in the course being rescheduled and a £170 rescheduling fee.
- If you expect to arrive late, you must notify us as soon as possible.
- Significant lateness may result in the course being rescheduled and a £170 rescheduling fee.
- Failure to complete any mandatory pre-course e-learning before the course start date will result in the course being rescheduled and a £170 rescheduling fee.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Unless otherwise stated, all course bookings are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date may be eligible for a refund, less a £150 administration fee.
- No refund or rescheduling will be provided where a deposit or full payment has been made and you fail to attend the course or leave before completing it.
If We Cancel Your Course
If Virpio Security cancels your course, you will be offered either:
- A full refund; or
- A complimentary transfer to another available course date.
