JD Pipes, a leading supplier of civil and drainage products in the UK, acquired a new 2.75 acre site to establish a flagship branch in Bradford. To address the challenge, VIRPIO SECURITY implemented a predefined approval escalation process where security personnel send automatic notifications to a senior staff member or client representative, if a discrepancy arises such as a contractor arriving without pre-authorisation. The designated staff member then reviews the request and provides remote approval.

This system streamlined the process, allowing security personnel to efficiently managed contractor authorisations while keeping the client informed and ensuring the security of the premises.
